A robust text serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp, bracketed serifs. The letters show a relatively tall cap presence, compact counters, and firm vertical stems, while curved joins and serifs stay clean rather than calligraphic. Several terminals end in wedge-like or teardrop forms, giving curves (such as in C, G, S, and a) a slightly sculpted finish. Numerals are sturdy and open, with clear differentiation and strong top/bottom structure that matches the uppercase rhythm.

Works well for headlines, subheads, and pull quotes where a strong, classic serif presence is desirable. It can also suit book and magazine typography when a darker text color and crisp detail are intended, and it adapts naturally to formal packaging and institutional materials.

The overall tone is traditional and authoritative, with a distinctly editorial feel. Its strong contrast and confident serifs communicate seriousness and polish, suited to content that benefits from a credible, established voice.

The design appears aimed at a conventional, print-oriented serif voice with elevated contrast and sharpened detailing, balancing traditional proportions with emphatic terminals for impact. It prioritizes a firm typographic rhythm and a confident, editorial texture over softness or minimalism.

At display sizes the sharp serifs and pointed terminals become a defining feature, adding bite and emphasis. In continuous text the dense color and relatively tight internal spaces create a weighty page texture that reads as formal and deliberate.
