A heavy display face built from compact, blocky letterforms with a distressed silhouette. Strokes are mostly upright and vertical, with slightly variable widths and abrupt, chiseled transitions that create a cut-out feel. Terminals frequently taper into spikes or break into small drips along the baseline and inner counters, giving edges a torn, inky texture. Counters are relatively tight and irregular, and the overall rhythm is dense and dark, optimized for impact over fine detail.

Best used in short display settings where the distressed edges can be read as a deliberate effect: posters, title cards, packaging accents, social graphics, and splash screens for horror or thriller themes. It also works well for seasonal promotions and haunted-attraction branding when set with generous tracking and ample size.

The font projects an eerie, haunted tone—part monster-movie title card, part grunge ink blot. The dripping terminals and jagged contours suggest decay, blood, or melting paint, producing a menacing but also playfully theatrical atmosphere suited to seasonal scares and dramatic headlines.

The design appears intended to deliver immediate genre signaling through aggressive texture—drips, spikes, and roughened contours—while keeping overall letter shapes simple enough to remain recognizable in bold headline use.

Uppercase forms read more rigid and poster-like, while lowercase introduces more organic irregularity and bounce, reinforcing the distressed theme. Numerals follow the same chipped, dripping treatment, maintaining consistency in mixed text. The texture is strong enough that small sizes or long passages may feel visually noisy, but it becomes a defining feature in short, bold statements.
