A sharply angular blackletter with tight, narrow proportions and strong stroke contrast. Stems are broken into pointed facets with crisp joins, wedge-like terminals, and frequent spurs that create a jagged silhouette. Counters are small and often partially enclosed by dense strokes, while diagonals and bowls show calligraphic modulation that gives the design a carved, rhythmic texture. Uppercase forms are more elaborate and emblematic, with sweeping internal cuts and pronounced notches; lowercase is compact with consistent vertical cadence and short extenders.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, posters, mastheads, and identity marks where its dense texture and angular detail can read clearly. It also works well for themed applications—historical, fantasy, metal, or traditional institutional aesthetics—especially at larger sizes where the internal cuts and spurs remain distinct.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, evoking manuscripts, heraldry, and old-world authority. Its sharp edges and dense rhythm add drama and severity, reading as traditional, serious, and slightly intimidating rather than friendly or casual.

The design appears intended to capture a traditional blackletter voice with crisp, faceted construction and a strong vertical rhythm, prioritizing historic character and visual impact. Its narrow build and tight spacing reinforce a dark, textured color on the page, aimed at dramatic display rather than extended body text.

Numerals adopt the same faceted construction and contrast, with curved figures (notably 3, 8, 9) rendered as bold, segmented forms. Spacing and letterfit appear intentionally tight, emphasizing texture over openness, and the design maintains a consistent blackletter ductus across capitals, lowercase, and figures.
