This serif shows a dramatic thick–thin modulation with hairline joins and sharply tapered terminals, giving it a crisp, high-contrast silhouette. Serifs are fine and bracketed, with a predominantly vertical stress and smooth, calligraphic curves in rounds like C, O, and e. Proportions are classical and fairly open, with sturdy stems supporting delicate crossbars and hairlines; overall spacing reads even in text while maintaining a bright, polished rhythm. Numerals follow the same contrasty construction, with elegant curves and fine finishing details that match the capitals and lowercase.

Well-suited to headlines, decks, pull quotes, and display typography where contrast and elegance are assets. It also fits refined branding applications—beauty, fashion, jewelry, hospitality—and can work for book covers or section openers where a classic literary voice is desired. For longer text, it will perform best in comfortable sizes with generous leading to keep the hairlines from visually closing up.

The tone is polished and cultured, projecting a distinctly editorial, fashion-forward sophistication. Its sharp contrast and delicate finishing details communicate formality and precision, lending a premium, high-end feel without becoming decorative.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary, high-contrast reading and display serif with a classic foundation—balancing sturdy vertical structure with hairline finesse for a premium editorial look.

Large sizes emphasize the sparkling hairlines and refined serifs, while tighter settings make the contrast more pronounced; careful use of tracking and line spacing helps preserve clarity. The italic is not shown, so the observed personality is defined by an upright, poised roman with a distinctly modernized Didone-like crispness.
