A high-contrast serif italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a forward-leaning, calligraphic construction. Serifs are firmly bracketed with slightly wedge-like terminals, and many curves end in subtle ball or teardrop terminals. Capitals feel sturdy and traditional, while the lowercase shows lively italic forms with single-storey a and g, a long descending f, and a flowing, slightly variable rhythm across the line. Numerals appear oldstyle (text figures), with noticeable ascenders/descenders and varied widths that contribute to an organic texture.

It fits well in book and long-form editorial settings where an italic serif is needed for emphasis, quotations, or voice. The bold presence and crisp contrast also support magazine subheads, pull quotes, and refined packaging or branding where a classic italic tone is desired.

The font conveys a classic, bookish confidence—formal and established, with a hint of humanist warmth from its cursive italic movement. Its tone reads editorial and literary, suitable for text that should feel authoritative yet not rigid.

The design appears intended as a conventional, readable serif italic with strong contrast and traditional details, offering a classic typographic voice for editorial and literary applications while retaining enough personality for display emphasis.

Stroke joins and terminals are crisp, and the italic angle is consistent without becoming overly steep. Spacing and widths vary naturally from glyph to glyph, creating a textured, traditional color that suits continuous reading as well as emphatic typographic moments.
