A high-contrast serif with strong vertical stems and very fine hairlines, producing a crisp, elegant rhythm. Serifs are small and knife-like with minimal bracketing, and many joins resolve into pointed, calligraphic-looking terminals rather than soft curves. Uppercase proportions feel classical and tall, while the lowercase shows a compact, readable x-height with delicate entry strokes and pronounced thick–thin transitions. Curves (O, C, S) are tightly drawn with clear vertical stress, and the numerals follow the same refined contrast, mixing sturdy main strokes with threadlike connecting strokes.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, cover lines, and brand marks where the high contrast can be appreciated at larger sizes. It works particularly well for fashion, beauty, luxury goods, arts and culture, and editorial layouts that want a refined, dramatic typographic voice.

The overall tone is polished and luxe, with a runway/editorial sensibility. Its extreme contrast and sharp detailing give it a dramatic, high-end presence that reads as confident and sophisticated rather than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif: elegant proportions, vertical stress, and razor-thin detailing optimized for striking display typography and premium visual identities.

At display sizes the hairlines and tapered joins create a sparkling texture, especially in mixed-case settings. The design leans on clean, modern finishing—thin strokes often end in crisp points—while still retaining a traditional serif silhouette in the capitals and figures.
