A refined serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and vertical stress, pairing sturdy vertical stems with extremely fine hairline joins and serifs. Capitals are tall and stately with sharp, clean terminals and a slightly calligraphic rhythm; diagonals (V, W, X) show razor-thin connecting strokes. The lowercase keeps a compact x-height with long ascenders/descenders, giving the text a high-waisted, airy silhouette; bowls and apertures are tight and precisely drawn. Numerals follow the same display-oriented contrast, with delicate curves and thin entry strokes that read best at larger sizes.

Best suited for display typography such as magazine titles, fashion and beauty campaigns, premium packaging, and elegant event materials. It can work for short editorial passages and pull quotes when set with generous size and leading, but the delicate hairlines make it less ideal for small UI text or low-resolution output.

The overall tone is polished and high-end, with a runway/editorial feel that signals sophistication and formality. Its dramatic contrast and crisp detailing add a sense of ceremony and exclusivity, suited to settings where elegance is more important than rugged practicality.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary Didone-like elegance: strong verticals, razor-thin hairlines, and poised proportions that create a sophisticated, high-contrast voice for editorial and brand-forward typography.

In text settings, the hairlines create a shimmering texture and the compact x-height emphasizes ascenders and capitals, producing a distinctly “classic print” cadence. The italic is not shown; the roman’s contrast and fine features suggest careful consideration of spacing to avoid hairline collisions at smaller sizes.
