A very heavy serif with broad proportions and compact internal counters, giving it a dense, poster-ready color on the page. Serifs are pronounced and often wedge-like with visible bracketing, while curves are full and rounded, producing a soft-but-firm sculpted look. Stroke endings show a mix of sharp terminals and occasional ball-like finishes (notably in some lowercase forms), and the overall rhythm is steady with generous horizontal width and solid spacing that keeps shapes from feeling cramped at large sizes.

Best suited to headlines, deck text, and other short-to-medium passages where a dense, impactful serif is desirable. It works particularly well for editorial titles, book or magazine covers, and bold brand wordmarks that need a classic but forceful typographic voice.

The tone reads traditional and institutional, with a confident, editorial voice. Its weight and width add a commanding, headline-forward presence, while the rounded curves keep it from feeling brittle or overly severe.

The design appears intended to deliver a conventional serif structure with amplified weight and width for strong display impact. It emphasizes stability and tradition through pronounced bracketing and substantial forms while using rounded bowls and softened terminals to maintain approachability at large sizes.

Uppercase forms feel monumental and stable, with strong horizontal emphasis and clear serif articulation. The lowercase maintains readability through sturdy stems and open-enough apertures for the weight, though the overall texture remains intentionally dark. Numerals match the heavy, rounded construction and look suited to emphatic, display-oriented settings.
