A very heavy, display-oriented serif with dramatic thick–thin modulation and smooth, rounded shaping. Strokes often transition into bulbous or teardrop terminals, and many joins feel softened, creating a slightly sculpted, ink-trap-like impression in tight corners. Serifs are present but tend to be compact and integrated into the mass of the letter rather than sharply bracketed; counters are rounded and sometimes pinched by the high contrast. Proportions skew broad with a sturdy baseline and substantial vertical stems, while the overall rhythm alternates between crisp hairline cuts and large black forms.

Best used for large-scale typography such as headlines, magazine mastheads, posters, and branded statements where the high contrast and terminal detailing remain clear. It can also work well on packaging and identity systems that want a retro-luxe feel, especially in short bursts of text or prominent labels.

The tone reads bold and stylish with a vintage, poster-era confidence. Its exaggerated contrast and rounded terminals add a playful, theatrical flair, while the controlled serif structure keeps it feeling editorial and intentional rather than novelty-only. The result is simultaneously punchy and refined, suited to attention-grabbing headlines with a hint of glamour.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through extreme contrast and bold, rounded terminals while maintaining a recognizable serif foundation. It aims for memorable display typography that balances editorial sophistication with playful, period-evocative character.

The numerals and capitals show strong personality through distinctive cut-ins and terminal shapes, which makes the face highly recognizable at a glance. Because internal spaces can get tight in smaller sizes, it favors settings where the silhouette and contrast can breathe.
