A compact, heavy display serif with pronounced angular construction and faceted, octagonal corners. Strokes are largely uniform in thickness, but the letterforms create visual contrast through sharp notches, beveled terminals, and wedge-like serifs that feel cut rather than drawn. Counters are tight and mostly rectangular, with squared bowls and abrupt joins that keep the rhythm rigid and architectural. Uppercase forms are tall and blocky, while the lowercase maintains a sturdy, simplified structure with minimal curvature and a sturdy, upright stance.

Best suited to short, prominent text where its dense color and faceted details can read clearly—headlines, poster titling, team or sports-style branding, packaging labels, and emblematic wordmarks. It can work in brief subheads, but its tight counters and decorative cuts make it less comfortable for long passages at smaller sizes.

The overall tone is assertive and ceremonial, evoking old-world signage, gothic titling, and heritage branding. Its sharp facets and dense color give it a stern, authoritative presence with a distinctly vintage, craft-carved feel.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, historically inflected display voice by combining compact proportions with chiseled, angular serif details. The consistent stroke weight and repeated chamfer motifs suggest a focus on producing a unified, stamp-like texture that feels traditional and authoritative in large-format use.

The texture on a line is very dark and consistent, with crisp edges and a strong vertical emphasis. The figures follow the same chamfered, cut-corner logic, producing a cohesive set that reads as deliberately constructed and ornamental rather than neutral.
