A highly rectilinear serif display face built from monoline strokes and hard right angles, with frequent notches and bracket-like corners that read as carved or forged. Serifs are sharp and compact, and many terminals end in squared hooks or small projections rather than smooth curves. Counters tend toward boxy, stepped shapes (notably in forms like O, D, P, and e), while diagonals appear sparingly and feel mechanically cut when present (as in V, W, X, and y). The overall rhythm is tight and vertical, with tall stems, condensed proportions, and crisp, high-contrast silhouettes created by the angular detailing rather than stroke modulation.

Best suited to display settings such as posters, game and film titling, album/cover art, branding marks, and themed packaging where an archaic or mystical atmosphere is desirable. It can work for short editorial headings or pull quotes, but its dense detailing makes it less ideal for long-form body text.

The letterforms convey a dark, archaic tone—part blackletter-adjacent, part runic—suggesting inscriptions, fantasy world-building, or occult/ritual typography. The sharp corners and carved geometry give it an austere, metallic feel that reads as stern and theatrical rather than friendly or casual.

The design appears intended to evoke carved inscriptional letterforms through a modular, right-angled construction, combining serif cues with decorative notches to produce a distinctly medieval/fantasy voice. Its consistent monoline build prioritizes emblematic impact and stylistic coherence over conventional text readability.

Distinctive idiosyncrasies include squared bowls, stepped joins, and occasional asymmetric hooks that add personality in text while maintaining a consistent construction system. At smaller sizes the interior notches and tight apertures may visually fill in, so the design reads best when given enough size and spacing to let the angular detailing resolve.
