A condensed serif with lightly bracketed serifs and an idiosyncratic, hand-influenced skeleton. Strokes stay fairly even, with subtle swelling at joins and occasional pointed, flared terminals that give the forms a slightly spiky texture. Curves are narrow and upright, counters are tight, and the overall rhythm feels compressed but lively, with small irregularities in proportions that keep it from reading as strictly classical. Numerals follow the same narrow, vertical stance, with simple, legible shapes and modest terminal detailing.

Best suited to display use where its condensed footprint and quirky serif detailing can carry personality—editorial headlines, book covers, theatrical or literary posters, and boutique packaging. It can also work for short passages or pull quotes when a vintage tone is desired, though the tight counters and distinctive terminals favor moderate-to-large sizes.

The tone is vintage and slightly whimsical, like a literary display face pulled from an old printed specimen. Its narrow, upright posture feels formal at first glance, but the quirky terminals and uneven personality add a playful, storybook character.

The design appears intended to deliver a compact serif voice with an old-style, specimen-like charm, combining upright, space-saving proportions with decorative terminal behavior to create a distinctive, memorable texture for titles and branding.

In text settings the narrow proportions create a tall, vertical color, while the distinctive terminals and bracketed serifs become more noticeable at larger sizes. Round letters such as O/C and the lowercase bowls appear intentionally constrained, reinforcing the compressed, antique texture.
