A sculpted display serif with pronounced stroke modulation and strongly flared terminals that broaden into wedge-like endings. The letterforms are wide and generously spaced, with a steady upright axis and crisp, sharp apexes on diagonals. Serifs and terminals feel integrated into the strokes rather than appended, producing a carved, chiseled impression; curves transition abruptly from hairline to heavy strokes, creating bright, high-contrast counters. Lowercase forms show compact, rounded bowls and distinctive tapered joins, with a single-storey a and g and lively, curled ear/terminal details in several characters.

Best suited for headlines and short, high-impact passages where its contrast and flared terminals can be appreciated—magazine mastheads, book covers, posters, and brand wordmarks. It can work for pull quotes or section openers, but will generally perform better at larger sizes than in long body text.

The overall tone is authoritative and theatrical—refined like an editorial headline, yet assertive and attention-grabbing. Its sharp contrast and flared finishes give it a slightly baroque, ceremonial feel that reads as classic and premium rather than casual.

The design appears intended to merge classical serif proportions with a more sculptural, flared finishing style, emphasizing drama and presence. Its wide stance and strong contrast suggest a focus on display use where distinctive silhouettes and a luxurious editorial voice are priorities.

In text settings the heavy verticals and thin hairlines create a strong black-and-white rhythm; at smaller sizes the finest strokes may begin to visually recede while the flared terminals remain prominent. Figures appear oldstyle-like in feel, with noticeable curvature and pronounced contrast that matches the letterforms.
