A high-contrast serif with pronounced vertical stress, thick main stems, and very fine hairlines. Serifs are sharp and delicate, with minimal bracketing, giving the outlines a crisp, engraved-like finish. Capitals are stately and relatively wide, while lowercase forms show traditional proportions with a normal x-height, compact counters, and strong thick–thin modulation. Curves and terminals are clean and controlled, and the overall spacing reads even in text while still showing lively width variation between letters.

Best suited for headlines, large-scale editorial typography, and brand systems where high contrast can be showcased. It performs particularly well for magazine covers, fashion and beauty packaging, invitations, and book titles. For extended reading, it will be most comfortable in well-printed or high-resolution settings where the fine hairlines can remain clear.

The typeface conveys a polished, classical tone associated with luxury and editorial typography. Its dramatic contrast and razor-fine details feel sophisticated and serious, lending a sense of authority and ceremony. Overall it reads as refined rather than casual, with a distinctly high-end, print-oriented character.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic, high-contrast serif for premium display and editorial use. Its focus is on elegance, crisp detail, and a luxurious typographic rhythm, prioritizing visual drama and refinement in larger sizes.

In the samples, the hairlines and small interior details (especially in diagonals and joins) create a bright, sparkling texture at display sizes. Numerals follow the same refined contrast and appear well-suited to typographic settings where elegance matters more than rugged robustness. The ampersand and punctuation maintain the same sharp, formal voice as the letters.
