A heavy display face with chunky, bracketed slab-like serifs and compact, blocky proportions. Strokes show pronounced roughening: edges look chipped and uneven, and counters and fills contain speckled voids that mimic worn ink or distressed printing. Letterforms lean toward classic serif construction, but the distressing introduces irregular rhythm and slight per-glyph variation, creating an intentionally imperfect texture. Numerals and capitals read solid and weighty, with simplified internal shapes that hold up at large sizes.

Best suited to large-format display use such as posters, headlines, event or band-style graphics, brand marks, and product packaging where the worn texture can read clearly. It can also work for short bursts of copy (pull quotes or signage) when a rough, printed character is desired.

The overall tone is loud, gritty, and nostalgic—like bold type pulled from aged posters or stamped packaging. Its rough texture adds attitude and energy, pushing it toward rugged, rowdy messaging rather than refined editorial typography.

The design appears intended to combine a traditional slab-serif backbone with purposeful wear and ink breakup, delivering strong readability at display sizes while adding instant atmosphere and a tactile, printed feel.

The distressed details are dense enough to become a key visual feature, especially in the bowls and around terminals; this gives text a dark, mottled color on the page. Spacing appears tuned for impact, with sturdy silhouettes that remain recognizable despite the eroded edges.
