A heavy, block-forward serif with pronounced slab terminals and a compact, squared silhouette. Strokes are broadly even with subtle modulation, and the serifs read as thick, rectangular feet and caps, often with slight bracketing that softens the joins. Counters are relatively tight for the weight, while apertures stay clear enough to keep letters distinct at display sizes. The lowercase is robust and upright with a workmanlike rhythm; details like the short-armed r, the sturdy double-storey a, and the broad-shouldered n/m reinforce the font’s dense, punchy texture. Numerals match the letterforms in mass and presence, with rounded forms (0,8,9) kept firm and well-contained.

Best suited to headlines, banners, and poster typography where a strong, compact voice is needed. It also fits branding systems that want a sturdy, heritage-leaning slab presence, and works well on packaging or labels that benefit from high-impact, high-contrast-of-mass letterforms.

The overall tone is bold and no-nonsense, projecting strength and confidence with a hint of vintage sign lettering and collegiate poster energy. It feels dependable and loud rather than refined, suited to messages that should read immediately and carry weight.

The font appears designed to deliver maximum impact with stable, rectangular slabs and a controlled, upright structure, echoing traditional wood-type and athletic display cues. Its emphasis is on legibility-by-mass and a confident, engineered texture in short to medium lines.

The design maintains a consistent, squared-off logic across curves and terminals, giving lines of text a solid, continuous “wall of type” effect. Spacing appears generous enough to prevent heavy forms from clogging in short headlines, while the dense internal shapes make it most at home above body-text sizes.
