This typeface is a sharply slanted italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and tapered terminals. Curves are smooth and oval-driven, with crisp join behavior and a slightly calligraphic stroke flow that reads as pen-like rather than monoline. Uppercase forms are compact and formal with clear diagonals and rounded bowls, while lowercase shows lively asymmetry in letters like a, e, and g, plus a single-storey a and a looped g. Counters remain fairly open, but the high contrast and narrow internal apertures in some letters create a dense, polished texture at display sizes.

It is well suited to headlines, subheads, pull quotes, and other short-to-medium text where an italic voice is meant to carry prominence. The strong contrast and slant make it especially effective for magazine-style layouts, book covers, and brand marks that benefit from a refined, emphatic tone.

The overall tone is sophisticated and energetic, combining editorial elegance with a touch of traditional, handwritten flair. Its brisk italic angle and strong contrast give it a sense of motion and emphasis, making it feel expressive without becoming decorative.

The design appears intended to provide a confident italic with a classic, high-contrast silhouette—something that can function as an expressive headline style while maintaining a controlled, editorial finish. Its construction prioritizes elegance and motion through strong modulation, clean curves, and disciplined spacing.

Figures follow the same high-contrast, italicized construction, with rounded forms (notably 0, 8, 9) and sharp, tapered strokes on diagonals. The rhythm across the alphabet is consistent, with a deliberate interplay of thin hairlines and heavier stems that rewards larger settings and clean reproduction.
