A serifed, bookish text face rendered with intentionally irregular, ink-worn outlines. Strokes show subtle wobble and varied edge breakup, with slightly swollen terminals and occasional nicks that mimic rough printing or a dry brush. Serifs are modest and bracketed, and curves (notably in O/C/G and the bowls of b/p) carry a soft, hand-drawn roundness.
