A high-contrast serif with flared terminals and crisp, blade-like serifs that give strokes a carved, calligraphic feel. Vertical stems dominate while hairlines stay extremely thin, creating strong light–dark rhythm and a polished, sculptural texture in text. Uppercase forms are broad and assertive with clean joins and controlled curves; the lowercase keeps a conventional structure with a two-storey a and g, a compact ear on g, and neatly tapered endings. Numerals follow the same contrast and flare, reading as display-oriented with elegant, thin cross-strokes and pronounced thick–thin modulation.

Best suited to headlines, magazine and editorial typography, brand marks, and poster work where the high contrast and flared detailing can be appreciated. It can also work for short pull quotes or section openers, especially with generous spacing and comfortable line height.

The overall tone is refined and theatrical, balancing classical bookish cues with fashion-forward sharpness. The dramatic contrast and flared endings suggest premium, curated contexts—confident, stylish, and slightly formal rather than casual.

The design appears intended as a modern, high-contrast serif that merges classical proportions with flared, calligraphic stroke endings to produce a luxurious, attention-grabbing presence. Its wide stance and assertive caps point toward display use while retaining enough structure for expressive editorial settings.

In the sample text, the bright hairlines and narrow internal counters create a lively shimmer at larger sizes, while the heavy verticals anchor words and headlines. The sharp terminals and deep contrast emphasize punctuation and ampersands, contributing to a crisp, editorial cadence.
