A heavy, compact sans with squared proportions and consistently chamfered corners that turn many curves into short planar facets. Strokes are uniform and straight-sided, with blunt terminals and an overall octagonal silhouette in bowls and counters. The lowercase is straightforward and sturdy, with simple apertures and minimal modulation; round letters like o/e are built from flattened arcs and clipped corners rather than true curves. Numerals follow the same geometry, especially the 0 and 8 with squared counters and clipped joins, creating a crisp, engineered rhythm.

Best suited to display settings where its chunky, faceted silhouettes can be appreciated—posters, headlines, logos, sports and team marks, and bold packaging. It can also work for signage or labels that need a sturdy, high-impact look, especially in short phrases or all-caps treatments.

The faceted construction and dense weight give the face a rugged, no-nonsense tone reminiscent of industrial labeling, equipment markings, and sport/varsity graphics. Its sharp corners and squared counters feel assertive and practical, with a hint of retro-tech character rather than softness or elegance.

This design appears intended to translate a geometric, engineered aesthetic into a strong display sans, replacing smooth curves with deliberate corner cuts for a machined, stamped, or cut-from-plate impression. The goal seems to be clear, high-impact readability with a distinctive faceted personality.

Spacing reads fairly open for such a heavy design, helping the all-caps sample remain legible despite the blocky forms. The repeated corner cuts create strong internal consistency across letters and numbers, producing clear silhouettes that hold up well at larger sizes.
