This serif features pronounced thick–thin modulation with vertical stress and extremely fine hairline serifs that read as crisp, pointed flicks. Capitals are tall and sculptural with sharp joins and clean, high-contrast curves, while round forms (C, O, Q) show tight apertures and elegant, tapered thinning at the extremes. The lowercase keeps a traditional structure with compact, controlled bowls and delicate finishing strokes; the overall rhythm is clean and print-like, with a slightly calligraphic edge created by the razor-thin horizontals and terminals. Numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with broad verticals and thin cross-strokes that emphasize a polished, formal texture.

It performs best in display settings such as magazine mastheads, editorial headlines, fashion and beauty branding, premium packaging, and large-format posters where its thin details can remain clear. It can also serve for short pull quotes or section openers when printed or rendered at sufficiently large sizes.

The tone is poised and high-end, with a dramatic, runway/editorial feel driven by the stark contrast and needlelike detailing. It suggests sophistication and ceremony rather than warmth, conveying a confident, contemporary take on classical elegance.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, fashion-forward Didone-like impact: strong verticals for authority, hairline serifs for elegance, and tightly controlled proportions for a sleek, curated look.

At text sizes, the hairlines and thin joins become defining features, creating a shimmering texture and strong hierarchy when paired with simpler supporting type. The design’s sharp terminals and tight internal spaces make it most striking when given ample size and whitespace.
