A display serif with razor-thin hairlines and abrupt, sculpted black wedges that appear as internal knockouts and cut-ins across many glyphs. The construction mixes delicate monoline curves with sharp triangular intrusions, creating a rhythmic alternation between airy outlines and dense, ink-trap-like masses. Serifs are crisp and minimal, with long, fine horizontals and verticals that frequently thicken into tapered blocks, giving letters a carved, collage-like texture. Spacing and widths vary noticeably by character, and several forms (notably rounds and diagonals) show intentionally irregular counter-shaping that reads as decorative rather than purely structural.

Best suited for large-scale settings such as magazine covers, editorial headlines, posters, and brand marks where its carved interior shapes can be appreciated. It can also work for packaging and event or exhibition graphics that benefit from a luxurious yet unconventional serif voice, while long passages at small sizes are likely to feel busy.

The overall tone feels fashion-forward and experimental—elegant at a distance, but edgy and disruptive up close. The stark interplay of hairlines and bold cutouts suggests a curated, gallery-like sensibility, lending the text a dramatic, high-style presence suited to attention-grabbing headlines.

The design appears intended to reinterpret a refined high-contrast serif through deliberate internal subtractions and wedge-like cuts, turning classic proportions into a more graphic, contemporary statement. The goal reads as balancing sophistication with surprise—maintaining an elegant skeleton while introducing bold, ornamental interruptions that create a signature texture.

In running text, the cutouts and heavy intrusions create strong patterning and occasional dark spots, so the face reads best when given room to breathe. Numerals and capitals carry the most impact, with round characters showing the clearest hollowed/knocked shapes and the most distinctive silhouette shifts.
