A tall, tightly proportioned serif with pronounced flared stroke endings that widen into wedge-like terminals. Strokes read mostly even in weight, but the expanding terminals and sharp cut-ins create a strong vertical rhythm and a subtly chiseled silhouette. Uppercase forms are compact and straight-sided, with squared shoulders and clipped curves; lowercase follows with sturdy bowls and a slightly mechanical, constructed feel. Counters are relatively small for the width, giving the design a dense, punchy color in text, while numerals share the same condensed stance and firm, flattened terminal treatment.

Best suited to headlines, posters, packaging, and mastheads where a condensed serif with strong terminal character can carry a message with authority. It also works well for short pull quotes, cover lines, and branding applications that benefit from a sturdy, vintage-leaning display voice.

The overall tone is bold and utilitarian with a vintage advertising edge—confident, loud, and a bit industrial. The flared endings add a carved, poster-like authority that feels at home in display settings where impact and presence matter.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact in a narrow footprint, using flared terminals and compact counters to create a distinctive, authoritative texture. It balances a largely even stroke construction with expressive endings to evoke a carved, editorial-display sensibility.

The font’s narrow set and tight internal spacing make it read as compact and forceful, especially in all caps. The distinctive flared terminals become a defining texture at larger sizes, while at smaller sizes they contribute to a dark, condensed text color.
