A display-oriented serif with strongly sculpted letterforms and extreme thick–thin modulation. Strokes often swell into teardrop-like masses and then snap into hairline connectors, creating an ink-trap-like pinched rhythm in counters and joins. Serifs read as sharp wedges and tapered fins rather than slabs, with frequent ball terminals on curves and descenders. The overall texture is dense and inky, while interior shapes stay crisp through narrow apertures and tight, high-contrast transitions.

Best suited to large sizes where the hairlines and pinched joins remain clear—headlines, poster typography, mastheads, and branding accents. It can add a distinctive, period-flavored voice to packaging and editorial display, but will feel busy for long passages of small text.
