A serifed, hand-drawn text face with gently irregular stroke rhythm and softly flared terminals. Letterforms keep a largely classical skeleton—especially in the capitals—while allowing small, human variations in curve tension and stroke endings that prevent a mechanical feel. Serifs are modest and rounded rather than sharp, with occasional wedge-like flares; bowls and counters are open and slightly asymmetric. The lowercase shows a readable, text-oriented build with a single-storey a and g, a narrow, loopless t, and oldstyle-style numerals that sit with the flowing baseline and varied extenders.

This font suits short-to-medium text where warmth and personality are desirable: children’s publishing, editorial pull quotes, menus, craft and boutique packaging, and small posters or invitations. It can also work for headings and subheads where a traditional serif feel is needed but a formal tone would be too rigid.

The overall tone is approachable and bookish, evoking marginalia, storybook titles, and informal editorial notes. Its hand-rendered calmness feels traditional without becoming stiff, giving text a gently personal voice.

The design appears intended to blend familiar serif readability with the charm of hand lettering, providing a classical foundation enlivened by subtle irregularities and soft, calligraphic terminals.

Across the set, spacing and proportions feel intentionally varied, with small differences in width and stroke finish that add texture in longer passages. Curved letters (C, G, S, O) carry the strongest calligraphic influence, while straight-stem letters retain soft, slightly tapered ends that maintain the drawn quality.
