A high-contrast serif with strong vertical stems and delicate hairline serifs, producing a crisp, sharply etched texture on the page. Curves are smooth and controlled with a pronounced thick–thin transition and a generally upright posture. Serifs are fine and clean with minimal bracketing, and several forms show tapered strokes and occasional ball terminals (notably on lowercase like the y). Counters are relatively tight and the overall rhythm reads formal and structured, with numerals and capitals carrying a stately, display-oriented presence.

Best suited to headlines, magazine display typography, and cover work where its contrast and hairline detailing can remain clear. It also works well for short editorial passages at comfortable sizes, as well as luxury branding touchpoints such as pull quotes, section openers, and refined promotional layouts.

The tone is polished and fashion-forward, pairing classical authority with a slightly theatrical, high-contrast sparkle. It feels upscale and editorial, suited to contexts where sophistication and impact are more important than neutrality.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a formal, high-contrast serif: strong vertical stress, sharp detailing, and a composed, authoritative silhouette that reads as luxurious and attention-grabbing in display use.

In paragraph settings the heavy verticals and hairline joins create a bold, striped cadence, especially at larger sizes. The figures and capitals have a distinctly monumental feel, while the lowercase remains compact and disciplined, reinforcing a controlled, premium impression.
