A monoline, slab-serif typewriter face with compact, squarish proportions and a steady, mechanical rhythm. Terminals are blunt and slightly rounded, with small slabs that read more like stamped feet than refined serifs. The outlines show intentional irregularity—ink spread, worn edges, and occasional nicks—creating uneven counters and subtly varying stroke silhouettes while keeping overall letter structure consistent and highly recognizable. Numerals and capitals are sturdy and compact, and the lowercase maintains a straightforward, utilitarian build with clear, open forms.

Best suited to display typography where a typewritten, slightly worn impression is desirable—posters, cover titles, labels, and themed editorial callouts. It can also work for short passages or quotations when the goal is to emphasize an archival or documentary feel, though the distressed edges will remain visually present in continuous reading.

The font conveys an analog, workmanlike tone—evoking typed documents, carbon copies, and well-used equipment. Its roughened texture adds grit and immediacy, making text feel archival, investigative, or handmade rather than polished.

Designed to capture the look of mechanical type at the point of impression, combining strict, regular spacing with imperfect inked contours. The aim appears to be a balance of legible, familiar typewriter shapes and a convincingly aged, tactile surface.

The distressed detail is strong enough to be a defining feature, producing visible texture at display sizes and a denser, darker mass in paragraphs. The consistent spacing and regular cadence support long strings of text, while the worn contouring adds character that becomes more pronounced as size increases.
