A heavy, block-built display face with sharply chamfered corners and a distinctly octagonal construction. Strokes are monoline and squared-off, with counters frequently reduced to small notches or fully collapsed, producing mostly solid silhouettes. The rhythm is compact and mechanical, with squared curves and clipped terminals throughout; diagonals appear as stepped, angular joins rather than smooth transitions. Lowercase is simplified and geometric, with short ascenders/descenders and a consistently chunky texture that reads as cut from a single slab of material.

Best suited for short, high-impact text such as headlines, posters, team or event branding, labels, and bold logo wordmarks. It performs particularly well where a tough, industrial or retro-tech mood is desired, and where ample size can preserve the notched interior details.

The overall tone feels rugged and industrial, evoking stamped metal, sports numbering, and arcade-era signage. Its faceted shapes and minimal apertures give it an assertive, no-nonsense personality with a slightly playful, game-like edge.

The design appears intended to maximize visual impact through dense black shapes and a consistent chamfered geometry, trading open counters for a distinctive, stamped/solid look. Its simplified apertures and angular construction suggest a deliberate move toward a rugged, sign-painting or industrial marking aesthetic optimized for display use.

Legibility depends strongly on size: the collapsed or pinched interior spaces can merge at smaller settings, while larger sizes emphasize the distinctive chamfers and notched detailing. The numerals echo the same octagonal logic (notably the 0 and 8), reinforcing a cohesive, engineered feel across the set.
