A bold text serif with strongly bracketed serifs, sculpted joins, and pronounced modulation that creates clear thick–thin rhythm. Capitals are sturdy and slightly condensed in feel, with crisp terminals and a relatively broad stance in letters like O and Q, giving the set a confident, stable silhouette. Lowercase forms show a traditional text-serifs construction with rounded bowls, a two-storey a, a looped g, and compact apertures; ball-like terminals appear on letters such as f and j, adding a slightly calligraphic finish. Numerals match the weight and serif treatment, with curving strokes and sturdy bases that hold up well at larger sizes.

Best suited to editorial headlines, magazine display, and book-cover typography where a darker, more assertive serif voice is desirable. It can also work for posters and branding that want a traditional, authoritative tone with strong typographic presence.

The overall tone is established and literary, evoking print tradition and institutional credibility. Its heavy presence reads confident and serious, with a slightly warm, crafted quality from the bracketed serifs and rounded terminals.

The design appears intended as a conventional text-serif voice pushed toward display strength—maintaining classic proportions and familiar forms while increasing weight and contrast to deliver punchy, print-forward impact.

Stroke endings are consistently shaped, and the serif bracketing helps smooth transitions in dense settings. The texture in paragraph sample appears dark and even, suggesting a design tuned for impactful headlines while keeping recognizable, bookish letterforms.
