This serif typeface shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with smooth, bracketed serifs and tapered terminals that give strokes a calligraphic flow. Capitals are stately and open, with sharp apexes and clear internal counters, while the lowercase maintains steady rhythm and conventional proportions. Curves are generously rounded and joins are clean, producing a polished texture in text. Numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with elegant shaping and varied widths that keep strings readable without feeling monospaced.

Well-suited to book typography, long-form editorial layouts, and magazine text where a classic serif texture is desired. It can also support formal applications such as invitations, programs, and institutional materials, particularly when set with comfortable leading to let the contrast and serifs breathe.

The overall tone is traditional and composed, with a distinctly literary, editorial feel. Its contrast and finishing details read as cultured and formal rather than utilitarian, lending text an authoritative, “established” voice.

The design appears intended as a conventional, readable text serif with elevated finishing—balancing traditional letterforms with lively contrast and careful serif shaping to create an elegant page color.

In the sample text, word shapes remain clear at larger text sizes, and the contrast adds sparkle without breaking the line into overly sharp fragments. The italic is not shown; the demonstrated style stays consistently upright and classically structured.
