A sturdy, upright serif with chunky proportions and pronounced, bracketed serifs. Strokes show clear contrast, with thicker verticals and comparatively thinner joins and terminals, giving the letters a classic printed rhythm. The defining feature is a consistent interior distress: scattered speckles and worn-out patches cut into the black shapes while the outer contours remain largely clean and stable. Round letters stay fairly geometric, and the lowercase carries compact bowls and straightforward, readable forms with sturdy ascenders and descenders.

Best suited for display applications where texture is an asset: posters, event graphics, branding accents, product packaging, labels, and merchandise. It can work for short subheads or pull quotes when a vintage or handmade print vibe is desired, but the interior speckling may reduce clarity at very small text sizes or on low-contrast backgrounds.

The overall tone feels like aged letterpress or screen-printed signage—confident and utilitarian, but softened by wear and texture. The speckling adds a lived-in, workshop character that reads as retro and slightly gritty rather than polished or corporate.

Designed to combine a classic serif structure with a deliberate worn-print effect, delivering familiar letterforms that still feel tactile and imperfect. The goal appears to be reliable readability in the silhouettes while adding character through consistent internal distress.

Texture density is relatively even across uppercase, lowercase, and numerals, which helps the set feel cohesive in running text. The distress lives inside the strokes, so silhouettes remain legible at display sizes, while the speckling becomes more pronounced and decorative as size increases.
