A calligraphic serif with tapered, pen-like strokes and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Serifs are wedge-shaped and slightly flared, with subtly cupped terminals that give strokes a carved, inked look rather than a purely mechanical one. Proportions lean narrow to moderate with lively rhythm; capitals feel stately while lowercase forms show gentle irregularity in curves and joins, keeping the texture organic and handwritten in spirit. Numerals follow the same contrast and tapering, maintaining a cohesive, traditional text color.

Works well for display-to-text settings where a classic, formal voice is needed—book and chapter titles, editorial pull quotes, cultural or historical materials, invitations, and certificate-style layouts. It can also add an upscale, traditional accent to labels and packaging when set at comfortable sizes.

The overall tone is formal and literary, evoking classic book typography with an artisanal, hand-rendered edge. It feels refined and slightly dramatic, suited to language that wants to sound elevated, poetic, or historically tinged without becoming overly ornamental.

The design appears intended to merge traditional serif structure with calligraphic stroke logic—delivering a dignified reading texture while preserving the warmth and individuality of hand-drawn letterforms.

The shapes show consistent slant neutrality and crisp contrast, but with enough stroke variation and terminal nuance to avoid a rigid, engraved feel. Spacing in running text reads open and readable, with a lightly animated baseline impression created by the calligraphic stroke behavior.
