A monospaced, slab-serif letterform with sturdy, wide proportions and a noticeably roughened outline. Strokes show uneven edges and subtly variable terminals, as if from worn typewriter slugs, over-inking, or distressed printing. Serifs are blocky and blunt rather than sharp, with slightly softened corners and occasional nicks that create an organic, imperfect rhythm. Counters remain fairly open and the overall construction stays upright and steady, preserving clear character recognition even with the texture.

Well suited to display and short-to-medium text where a typewritten, distressed character is desired—such as film/title cards, thriller or historical book covers, posters, zines, and brand accents on labels or tags. It can also work for UI or code-styled layouts when the goal is atmosphere over pristine neutrality.

The face conveys a tactile, analog feel—part archival document, part investigative dossier. Its distressed texture adds grit and age, suggesting photocopies, stamped labels, or weathered signage. The tone is pragmatic and readable, but with a deliberate roughness that introduces tension and atmosphere.

The design appears intended to merge monospaced typewriter structure with a deliberately worn print texture, delivering an authentic analog impression without sacrificing legibility. It aims to evoke documents, evidence, and aged ephemera while keeping spacing and rhythm disciplined for layout control.

In text, the consistent set width produces a strong mechanical cadence, while the edge wear breaks uniformity just enough to feel human and lived-in. The uppercase reads authoritative and poster-like; the lowercase maintains a straightforward, workmanlike voice with minimal flourish.
