A high-contrast serif italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and delicate hairline serifs. The design shows a strong vertical stress, narrow joins, and crisp, pointed terminals that give strokes a clean, etched quality. Capitals are stately and open, with sweeping curves on C/G/O/Q and a restrained, classical structure across the set. Lowercase forms are smoothly italicized with a lively rhythm—noticeable in the single-storey a, the tapered, slightly hooked f, and the long, elegant descenders on g, j, p, and q—while maintaining a relatively even x-height presence for an italic display serif. Numerals match the text color with refined curves and thin entry/exit strokes, keeping the overall texture light and airy at larger sizes.

Well suited to headlines, pull quotes, and large-scale editorial typography where high contrast and italic energy can carry the visual voice. It can also serve branding, packaging, and book-cover titling that benefits from a classic, upscale serif presence, especially when set with comfortable spacing and ample size.

The overall tone is polished and luxurious, with an editorial sophistication reminiscent of high-end print and fashion typography. Its sharp hairlines and sweeping italic movement add drama and a sense of curated refinement, reading as formal rather than casual.

The font appears designed to deliver a modern take on classic high-contrast italic serifs: dramatic stroke contrast, refined hairlines, and an elegant editorial rhythm that elevates display text while keeping letterforms clear and composed.

The italic construction is consistent across both cases, creating a continuous forward motion in text. Fine detailing—especially in hairlines and terminals—suggests best performance where rendering can preserve delicate stroke contrast, and where generous spacing and size allow the design’s precision to remain clear.
