A sharply contrasted serif with tall, stately proportions and a distinctly vertical stress. Thick stems are paired with extremely fine hairlines, producing crisp joins and a clean, high-definition rhythm across text. Serifs are delicate and unbracketed, often resolving as pointed wedges or razor-thin horizontal terminals, giving capitals a chiseled, display-forward presence. Curves are smooth and controlled, with small apertures and taut bowls; the lowercase shows a relatively compact, poised structure with elegant entry/exit strokes and finely tapered terminals. Numerals and punctuation follow the same sculptural contrast, reading as polished and formal rather than utilitarian.

Best used for headlines, decks, pull quotes, and other prominent editorial applications where high contrast reads as intentional and luxurious. It also fits premium branding—logos, packaging, beauty and fashion collateral—especially when given generous spacing and enough size to preserve its fine details.

The overall tone is elevated and theatrical—suited to luxury, fashion, and high-end editorial settings. Its intense contrast and needle-like details convey precision and sophistication, with a contemporary runway feel layered over classical serif conventions.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-fashion interpretation of the high-contrast serif tradition—prioritizing elegance, sharpness, and visual drama over neutral, long-form robustness.

At larger sizes the hairlines and sharp terminals create striking sparkle and a refined texture, while in dense settings the tight counters and extreme contrast can make the page color feel lively and dynamic. The design leans toward display typography, where its crisp edges and dramatic thick–thin modulation can be fully appreciated.
