This typeface is a modern, high-contrast serif with a strong vertical axis and extremely fine hairlines. Capitals are tall and poised, with crisp, unbracketed serifs and abrupt transitions between thick and thin strokes. Curves are taut and polished (notably in C, G, O, and S), while verticals read dominant and clean, giving the face a precise, engraved feel. Lowercase forms keep a relatively classic structure with compact, neat bowls and a two-storey a; spacing appears measured and slightly tight, supporting a sleek overall rhythm. Numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with delicate connections and a refined, fashion-forward silhouette.

Best suited to display typography such as headlines, magazine settings, fashion and beauty layouts, and premium branding. It can also work for short blocks of text where a refined, high-contrast look is desired, but it will generally perform most confidently at larger sizes where the hairlines remain clear.

The overall tone is sophisticated and high-end, projecting a sense of luxury and editorial authority. Its sharp contrast and airy hairlines feel elegant and slightly dramatic, suited to designs that aim for polish and prestige rather than warmth or informality.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on modern serif refinement: maximizing elegance through pronounced thick–thin contrast, vertical emphasis, and sharply finished serifs. It prioritizes a sleek, runway-ready presence and crisp typographic impact in high-end applications.

Diagonal and joining strokes (such as in K, V, W, and y) show very thin hairlines against heavier stems, creating a sparkling texture at display sizes. The ampersand and punctuation in the sample text reinforce a crisp, contemporary Didone-like voice with a clean, controlled finish.
