A monolinear slab-serif design with broad proportions and generous set width, built on a disciplined, mechanical skeleton. Strokes stay fairly even with low contrast, while corners and terminals show slight rounding and irregularity that reads like ink spread or worn metal type. The serifs are sturdy and mostly bracketed or softly joined, giving letters a grounded stance without becoming ornate. Counters are open and simple, and the overall rhythm is consistent and gridlike, producing an even, steady texture in text.

Well suited to extended passages where a steady, mechanical texture is desirable—editorial layouts, manuscript-style documents, scripts, and instructional material. It also works effectively for labels, captions, and UI-like listings where consistent character width and clear shapes help scanning and alignment.

The face conveys an analog, archival tone—practical and matter-of-fact, with a subtle lived-in roughness that suggests paper, ribbon, and repeated impressions. It feels documentary and editorial rather than polished or corporate, with just enough imperfection to add character while remaining highly legible.

The design appears intended to emulate the practical clarity of typewritten output while adding gentle wear and softness to avoid a sterile, purely digital feel. Its wide, stable proportions and robust slabs aim for readability and dependable alignment across lines.

In the sample text, the repeated slight edge wobble and softened joins create a convincing “printed” feel without heavy distressing. Numerals and capitals maintain the same sturdy, straightforward construction, supporting a cohesive, utilitarian voice across mixed-case settings.
