A slanted serif with lively, calligraphic construction and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Strokes taper into sharp, flicked terminals and small wedge-like serifs, with gentle bracketing where stems meet serifs. Capitals are narrow and slightly looping, with a flowing rhythm; the Q shows a sweeping tail, and the R and K use angled joins that emphasize motion. Lowercase forms are compact with a short x-height and long, graceful extenders; bowls and counters stay relatively open despite the narrow set, and the overall texture reads airy rather than dense.

This face suits editorial typography, book jackets, and other long-form or display settings where an elegant italic voice is desired. It works well for invitations, brand storytelling, and premium packaging when set with generous leading to let the thin strokes and long extenders breathe. For best results, use moderate sizes or larger, especially in dense paragraphs.

The tone is refined and literary, combining classical bookish manners with a handwritten, slightly dramatic flourish. It feels formal without being rigid, suggesting tradition, craft, and a touch of theatricality.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, humanist serif italic with visible pen influence—prioritizing rhythm, expressiveness, and refined contrast. It aims to evoke traditional literature and formal correspondence while remaining readable and coherent in running text.

The italics are strongly modeled, with consistent rightward slant and noticeable entry/exit strokes that create a continuous, cursive-like flow in text. Numerals follow the same calligraphic logic with angled stress and tapered ends, keeping the texture consistent between letters and figures.
