A serifed, typewriter-inspired design with visibly rough, broken edges and irregular stroke boundaries, as if printed through a worn ribbon or on porous paper. Letterforms keep a fairly traditional skeleton—bracket-like feet, compact bowls, and clear vertical stress—while the outlines wobble subtly and occasionally pinch or flare at terminals. The texture is consistent across uppercase, lowercase, and numerals, producing uneven ink density and slightly jagged counters without sacrificing overall legibility. Spacing and widths feel naturally inconsistent in a mechanical way, reinforcing a stamped/typed rhythm rather than a geometric one.

Works well for display and short-to-medium text where a distressed, typewritten feel is desired—posters, title sequences, book covers, and editorial pull quotes. It can also suit packaging and branding for vintage-leaning goods where texture and imperfection are an asset, especially at sizes large enough for the rough edges to read clearly.

The font conveys an aged, analog atmosphere: archival, clandestine, and a bit gritty, like evidence labels, old correspondence, or photocopied zines. Its distressed texture adds tension and urgency, lending a handmade authenticity and a slightly ominous, noir-leaning tone.

The design appears intended to mimic the character of old typewriter output and degraded printing, combining a classic serif structure with deliberate wear and ink breakup. The goal is to provide an instant analog, archival mood while remaining readable in typical headline and caption scenarios.

Uppercase characters read as sturdy and authoritative, while lowercase retains the same rough imprint, creating a cohesive voice across mixed-case text. Numerals share the same worn treatment, supporting period-evocative settings where an imperfect print impression is part of the message.
