A very heavy serif with pronounced flare where stems meet terminals, producing wedge-like, bracketed serifs rather than flat slabs. Strokes are broadly even in weight, but the ends swell and taper subtly, giving counters and joins a carved, sculptural feel. Proportions are sturdy and compact with wide bowls and strong verticals; curves (notably in C, G, O, S) are smooth and full, while horizontal strokes terminate in crisp, angled finishes. The lowercase is robust and upright with a single-storey a and g, and numerals are bold, rounded, and highly graphic for display use.

Best suited to headlines, titles, and short blocks where its heavy presence and flared terminals can read as intentional style. It works well for branding and packaging that want a classic-but-forceful voice, and for mastheads or editorial display where bold typographic hierarchy is needed.

The overall tone is confident and tradition-leaning, combining classic serif authority with a punchy, poster-ready mass. The flared endings add a slightly ceremonial, engraved quality, while the heavy color keeps it energetic and attention-seeking.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold, traditional serif impression with added character from flared, sculpted terminals—aiming for high impact and recognizable letterforms in display settings.

In text lines, the font forms a dense, dark rhythm with strong word shapes and prominent vertical emphasis. The flared terminals create distinctive silhouettes at larger sizes, but the heavy weight and compact interior spaces suggest it is optimized for headlines rather than long passages.
