A jagged display face with irregular, torn-looking strokes and frequent needle-like terminals that taper into thin points. The outlines are intentionally uneven, creating a distressed, ink-blot rhythm where stems wobble and counters pinch unexpectedly. Letterforms feel slightly condensed overall, with narrow interior spaces and occasional descending spikes that extend below the baseline, giving the line a thorny silhouette. Curves and diagonals are angular and broken rather than smooth, and the numerals share the same rough, cut-out texture and sharp finish.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as horror film titles, Halloween event promotions, haunted attraction signage, game or streaming thumbnails, and album/merch graphics. It works especially well when used large with ample spacing, where the distressed contours and dripping terminals can read as intentional texture rather than clutter.

The font projects a horror-leaning, unsettling tone—like scratched signage or a hand-lettered title written in a hurry with a failing pen. Its drips, spikes, and ragged edges evoke danger and decay, making even simple words feel tense and theatrical.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-made, weathered lettering with a sinister edge—prioritizing atmosphere over neutrality. By combining condensed proportions with distressed outlines and sharp, drooping terminals, it aims to deliver immediate genre signaling for spooky, suspenseful, or supernatural themes.

Texture is a core feature: the stroke edges look chiseled and inconsistent, producing strong character at large sizes but increasing visual noise in dense paragraphs. Descenders and long terminals can create tight spacing and collisions in stacked lines, so generous leading and careful tracking will help maintain clarity.
