A heavy, display-oriented serif with irregular, worn contours and uneven internal counters that mimic rough printing or ink spread. Strokes are chunky with modest contrast, and terminals often flare into blunt wedge-like feet. The outlines are intentionally distressed, with nicks, bumps, and slight blobbing that create a lively, imperfect texture across words. Letter proportions feel traditional and slightly condensed in places, but the edge erosion and varied stroke swelling give the line a distinctly handmade rhythm.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as posters, headlines, titles, and packaging or label designs where texture is a feature. It works well for themed applications—horror, vintage ephemera, rustic branding, or theatrical promotions—especially when set large to showcase the distressed edges.

The font projects a rugged, old-world tone—part carnival poster, part haunted broadside. Its distressed texture reads as aged, gritty, and slightly mischievous, adding a tactile sense of history and drama. The overall feel is bold and attention-grabbing, with a hint of horror or outlaw energy depending on context.

The design appears intended to recreate the look of worn letterpress type or inked wood type with deliberate erosion and irregular inking. Its goal is to provide instant atmosphere and grit while retaining recognizable serif letterforms for display readability.

The distressing is consistent enough to unify the alphabet, but strong enough that small sizes may lose clarity as counters and joins darken. The numerals and uppercase carry the most impact, while lowercase maintains the same roughened personality for longer phrases.
