A heavy, hand-printed display face with rough, torn-looking contours and uneven stroke endings. Letterforms show pronounced texture along both outer edges and inner counters, as if from worn type, smeared ink, or coarse paper. Strokes vary noticeably in thickness, with occasional bulges and nicks that create a lively, irregular rhythm across the alphabet. Counters are often partially constricted by the texture, and terminals tend to finish bluntly rather than with clean cuts, giving the set a rugged, tactile silhouette.

Best suited for short, attention-grabbing text where texture is a feature—posters, album and book covers, craft or vintage-styled packaging, and punchy headline work. It can also add a tactile, weathered accent in branding systems when used sparingly at larger sizes where the distressed details stay legible.

The overall tone feels gritty and analog, like distressed printing or hand-stamped lettering. Its roughness reads assertive and a bit rebellious, adding an intentionally imperfect, lived-in character that suggests noise, wear, and atmosphere rather than polish.

The design appears intended to emulate rough ink on paper and the imperfections of aged or abused printing surfaces while keeping familiar, sturdy letter skeletons. It prioritizes texture and attitude over neutrality, delivering a strong display voice with consistent wear across the character set.

Despite the heavy distress, the underlying forms remain fairly traditional and readable, with clear differentiation between most glyphs. Numerals carry the same battered texture and irregular weight, making them visually consistent with the uppercase and lowercase set.
