A slab-serif, typewriter-like design with sturdy, blocky proportions and a consistent fixed rhythm. Strokes are heavy and largely even, with compact counters and squared terminals that read as mechanically struck rather than smoothly drawn. The outlines show deliberate irregularity—soft wobble, nicked edges, and occasional ink spread—creating uneven silhouettes while keeping letterforms highly consistent in width and alignment. Numerals and capitals carry the same dense, stamped texture, and punctuation-like dots appear as round, inky blobs that reinforce the printed-on-paper effect.

Well-suited for display typography where a typewritten, worn imprint is part of the message: posters, title treatments, book and album covers, film/TV graphics, and in-world props such as letters, reports, labels, or evidence tags. It can also work for short text blocks when a deliberately gritty texture is desired and size/spacing are sufficient to maintain clarity.

The font conveys a gritty, archival tone—part newsroom, part dossier—suggesting age, wear, and repeated impressions. Its rough texture adds tension and character, evoking underground flyers, crime fiction, and industrial labeling while still feeling functional and direct.

Likely designed to mimic the look of mechanical type striking paper, including uneven ink transfer and edge wear, while preserving a rigid, fixed-width structure for a credible typewritten rhythm. The goal appears to be an authentic, distressed imprint that adds atmosphere without abandoning straightforward, readable forms.

Because the distressed edges and closed-in counters darken the color, it reads best when given breathing room (larger sizes or generous leading). The consistent cell-like alignment and uniform advance width reinforce the typewriter cadence, while the organic ink artifacts keep it from feeling sterile.
