A high-contrast serif with a strongly sculpted, flaring stroke logic: verticals feel weighty while horizontals and connecting strokes drop quickly to hairlines. Serifs are sharp and wedge-like, often blending into the stems with a subtle flare rather than a purely bracketed join, producing crisp terminals and pointed corners. Curves are taut and controlled, with narrow apertures and a compact overall footprint that keeps spacing feeling tight and purposeful. The lowercase shows a fairly traditional construction with a two-storey a, compact bowls, and crisp entry/exit strokes, while capitals maintain stately proportions and a clear vertical emphasis.

Best suited to display sizes where the fine hairlines and sharp serifs can be appreciated—magazine headlines, pull quotes, fashion and beauty branding, and poster typography. It can work for short editorial passages when generous size and spacing are available, but its contrast and tight apertures naturally favor titles and prominent text over long, small-size reading.

The tone is polished and high-end, with a cinematic contrast and razor-edged detailing that reads as luxurious and intentional. It balances classical bookish manners with a fashion-forward sharpness, giving text a poised, slightly theatrical presence.

The design appears aimed at delivering a refined, contemporary take on classic high-contrast serif typography, emphasizing crisp flared terminals and a compact rhythm for impactful, premium-feeling composition.

In the sample text, the strong thick–thin rhythm creates a pronounced sparkle in headlines and short passages, while the narrow counters and fine hairlines make the texture feel dense and glossy. Numerals follow the same contrasty, serifed treatment, helping mixed text and figures look consistent and editorial.
