A heavy, compact display face with squared construction and rounded corners, giving it a carved, block-like silhouette. Strokes show pronounced modulation and deep interior cut-ins that read like ink-traps or notched joins, creating a chiseled texture in counters and at stroke junctions. Terminals are mostly flat and verticals feel dominant, while curves are tightened into near-rectangular bowls (notably in C, O, and S). Lowercase forms are robust and upright with large, dark bowls and short-to-moderate extenders, keeping the overall texture dense and emphatic.

Best suited to large-scale applications where weight and presence are desired—headlines, poster typography, storefront or wayfinding-style signage, and bold wordmarks. It can also work for packaging and editorial display where a compact, vintage-industrial voice is helpful, but it’s less appropriate for long passages of small text due to its tight, dark texture.

The tone is bold and no-nonsense, with a retro utilitarian flavor that suggests posters, signage, and workmanlike branding. Its notched details add a slightly rugged, mechanical personality, balancing seriousness with a touch of vintage character.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact in a compact footprint, combining sturdy geometry with sculpted stroke modulation. The notched joins and squared curves suggest an effort to evoke vintage sign-painting or industrial printing while maintaining a clean, modernized structure.

At text sizes the dense rhythm and tight apertures can close up, while at larger sizes the sculpted cut-ins and high-contrast modulation become a defining stylistic feature. Numerals are especially punchy and poster-oriented, with simplified, blocky shapes that prioritize impact over delicacy.
