A high-contrast serif with broad proportions, strong vertical emphasis, and sharply sculpted wedge-like serifs. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin modulation with crisp joins and deep, teardrop-like counters in several letters, giving the forms a carved, display-oriented clarity. Terminals often flare or taper into pointed wedges, and curves (notably in C, G, S, and 2/3) are drawn with a lively, calligraphic snap. Lowercase features compact bowls and sturdy stems, with an ear-like terminal on g and a distinctive, slightly decorative treatment in letters like a, e, and t that adds texture without breaking overall consistency.

Best suited for headlines, magazine and book display typography, and brand applications that benefit from high contrast and sculpted serif detail. It will also perform well on posters, packaging, and title treatments where its wide stance and sharp terminals can carry the composition at larger sizes.

The font projects a confident, editorial tone with a sense of tradition and theater. Its sharp contrast and flaring details feel formal and premium, while the animated curves and pointed terminals add drama and a slightly vintage, engraved character.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic serif voice with heightened contrast and refined, decorative carving—balancing conventional letter structures with expressive terminals for impactful display typography.

In text settings the weight and contrast produce a strong typographic color, making word shapes bold and attention-grabbing. The numerals are similarly stylized, with curving strokes and angled terminals that harmonize with the uppercase rhythm and reinforce the display-first personality.
