A condensed serif with tall proportions, firm vertical stress, and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Strokes end in small, bracketed wedge-like serifs and tapered terminals, giving the forms a carved, poster-like silhouette. The outlines show deliberate roughness and inky irregularities—subtle nicks, uneven edges, and slightly distressed counters—creating a tactile, printed texture. Capitals are narrow and commanding; lowercase follows with compact bowls and a straightforward, readable construction while maintaining the same narrow rhythm.

Well-suited for display typography such as posters, headlines, and signage where a narrow, high-impact word shape is helpful. It can add character to packaging labels and editorial openers, especially when a vintage or rustic print flavor is desired. For longer passages, it will read best with generous size and spacing to balance the dense, textured strokes.

The font conveys a vintage, frontier-leaning tone with a slightly gritty, hard-wearing finish. Its compressed stance and sharp serifs feel assertive and theatrical, suggesting old posters, newspaper headlines, or stamped/printed ephemera rather than polished contemporary branding.

The design appears intended to blend classic serif structure with a condensed, attention-grabbing stance and an intentionally weathered finish. It prioritizes strong vertical rhythm and historical poster cues while using controlled distress to suggest age, ink, and materiality.

Across the set, the texture appears consistent, producing a cohesive distressed color in text. Numerals match the condensed, display-forward character and hold up well at headline sizes where the edge detail becomes part of the personality.
