A heavy, block-built slab serif with broad proportions and pronounced rectangular serifs. Strokes are thick with subtle contrast and frequent notched or stepped joins that create small interior cut-ins, giving the face an ink-trap-like, carved look. Counters tend to be compact and rounded where applicable, while terminals and serifs stay blunt and squared, producing a strong, even texture in display sizes. The lowercase is weighty and compact, with single-storey forms (notably a and g) and robust, simplified shapes that maintain the same chunky rhythm as the caps and numerals.

Best suited to large-scale applications such as posters, headlines, signage, packaging, and logo wordmarks where its slab structure and notched detailing remain clear. It can also work for short, punchy subheads or badges, especially in retro or Western-inspired branding contexts.

The font projects a bold, old-time display attitude with a Western-tinged, vintage poster flavor. Its notched details and chunky slabs add a playful toughness—friendly enough for novelty headlines, but assertive and attention-grabbing in any setting that needs impact.

The design appears intended as a high-impact display slab that blends sturdy, industrial letterforms with decorative notches to evoke vintage printing and show-poster typography. The wide stance and blunt serifs prioritize immediacy and character over quiet text readability.

The stepped cut-ins at joins and along some strokes create distinctive silhouette breaks that can sparkle at large sizes but may darken or merge in small text. Spacing and widths appear irregular by design, reinforcing a hand-cut, billboard-style rhythm rather than a strictly uniform typographic color.
