A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and vertical stress. Stems are robust and straight, while hairlines and serifs are extremely fine, producing a crisp, polished rhythm. Serifs are small and sharp with minimal bracketing, and curves transition quickly into thin links, especially in bowls and diagonals. Proportions read as text-friendly with a moderate x-height, but the overall color is lively due to the stark contrast and precise, delicate detailing.

Well-suited to magazine typography, headlines, and brand identities where high contrast can read as premium and intentional. It performs especially well in large sizes for titles, pull quotes, and packaging marks, and can work for short blocks of text when set with generous size and spacing to protect the fine hairlines.

The tone is elegant and upscale, leaning toward classic print refinement and contemporary luxury. The razor-thin hairlines and sculpted capitals convey formality and confidence, with an editorial, fashion-forward gloss rather than a casual or rustic feel.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern take on classical high-contrast serif letterforms, prioritizing elegance, clarity of vertical stress, and dramatic thick–thin rhythm. The consistent, sharply rendered hairlines suggest a focus on sophisticated display and editorial settings where refined detail is a feature, not a liability.

Capitals appear stately and spacious, with clean geometry and controlled flare in curves (notably in round letters). Numerals and punctuation match the same contrast logic, with thin horizontal elements and strong verticals that emphasize a polished, display-oriented presence at larger sizes.
